Draft notice: These are starter terms for Cove Stone Marketing, a new lead-generation business. They are not a substitute for a signed client agreement or legal advice. Have a lawyer review them before you rely on them publicly.
Who we are

The website
Content on this site is for information only. Browsing the site or booking a Growth Strategy Call does not create a paid client relationship by itself. A binding engagement starts only when you and we agree in writing (for example a signed proposal, order form, or email acceptance that clearly states the terms).
The offer summarized on the homepage
The homepage summarizes our standard pilot framing:
- Service fee: $1,500, due only after we deliver 20 qualified roofing leads
- Advertising: Separate, funded by you in your own ad account (typical starting spend about $2,000-$3,000 per month, often near $2,500, adjusted to market)
- Timeframe: Target of 20 qualified leads within 30 days of campaign start; if not met, work continues until 20 are delivered
- Qualified lead: Defined on the homepage (in-area homeowner/decision-maker, roof-related interest, reachable contact, not spam/duplicate)
Specifics for your campaign (service area, verification window, ad platforms, and reporting) are confirmed on the Growth Strategy Call and in any written agreement. If a written agreement conflicts with this page, the written agreement controls.
Booking tool
Scheduling uses Cal.com. Their terms and privacy policy apply to the booking tool itself. Zoom or another video tool may be used for the call under that tool’s terms.
No invented guarantees
Advertising results vary by market, season, and offer. We describe a delivery-gated service fee (no $1,500 fee until 20 qualified leads are delivered). That is not the same as refunding ad spend. Ad spend in your account is yours and is not the service fee.
We do not publish fabricated testimonials, client logos, or performance statistics on this site.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse this website (for example attempting to disrupt hosting, scrape in an abusive way, or submit knowingly false information through booking forms).
Intellectual property
Site copy, branding, and layout are owned by Cove Stone Marketing or used under license (for example the AstroWind template under MIT, and stock photographs under the Unsplash License). You may not copy the site for a competing commercial site without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Cove Stone Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our liability related to website use is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law. Client-work liability, if any, will be set out in a written agreement.
Indemnity
If you misuse the site or submit unlawful content through linked forms, you agree to indemnify Cove Stone Marketing against resulting claims to the extent allowed by law.
Governing law
These website terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Cove Stone Marketing later formalizes its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Until that is fixed in a reviewed agreement, disputes about the website alone should first be raised via the booking/contact link above.
Changes
We may update these terms as the business matures. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms for website use.
